Continuing Care Registry
Home Support Nova Scotia Association (HSNSA) is pleased to introduce the new Continuing Care Registry for Nova Scotia.
The registry combines the Personal Care Worker (PCW) registry (formerly administered by Continuing Care Association of Nova Scotia, CCANS) and the Home Support Worker (HSW) registry into an updated database of currently trained continuing care workers within the province.
The Continuing Care Registry also offers membership to Continuing Care Assistants (CCA), Home Health Providers (HHP), as well as Personal Care Workers (PCW) and Home Support Workers (HSW). Benefits of membership include: recognition as a qualified continuing care worker in Nova Scotia, two newsletters annually (September and March), a registry card, discounted rates for HSNSA conferences and preference for attendance at specific continuing care workshops.
Those renewing membership in their renewal month $25. Those renewing in any month after $30. |
